Build the North West Tunnel

Brisbane’s north needs a permanent fix to bust congestion so you can spend less time stuck in traffic and more time at home with your family.

We all know infrastructure hasn’t kept up with population growth. Current modelling shows Brisbane is the 131^st worst city in the world for traffic congestion. As our population grows and major projects aren’t built, our city will plummet to 28^th .

We need to get the long-term planning right.

A proposed solution is North West Tunnel from Gaythorne to Carseldine. It would ease congestion and return bushland, reserved for a future above-ground road, back to the community.
